Vanishing Women Film LTD Terms and Conditions for Mentoring and/or Coaching Services

1.  Introduction

These Terms and Conditions are entered into by and between Vanishing Women Film LTD; doing business as Arise Firebird Impactive (the "Company") and the client (the "Client"). By purchasing, subscribing, or otherwise enrolling in any of the Company's mentoring or coaching services, the Client agrees to abide by the terms outlined herein.

2. Services Provided

The Company will provide professional or personal development services (the "Services") tailored to the specific selected package chosen by the Client. These services may include, but are not limited to:

    • Professional and personal development through mentoring, coaching, speaking engagements, and/or training.
    • Access to curated movies and clips of various lengths as part of the developmental experience.
    • Custom events designed to meet the specific needs of the Client, if applicable.
    • Access to the Company's online resources, membership website, and/or private community group.
    • One-on-one or group mentoring and/or coaching sessions via video conference, phone, or other agreed-upon methods with members of the Company. These sessions may be scheduled on a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, or ad-hoc basis, depending on the selected package.
    • Scheduled check-ins with Company personnel, which may be weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, or ad hoc depending on the selected package.

The Client acknowledges that the specific services provided may vary depending on the selected package.

3. Program Duration and Term

The fixed duration for the mentoring and/or coaching program is specified in the Client's selected package. The Client understands that the full program fee, as detailed in Section 5 below, is due regardless of how many services or sessions the Client utilizes.


The Terms and Conditions remains in force for the entire term of the purchased package, and early termination by the Client is not permitted, except under the conditions outlined in Section 4. Any changes to the program's timeline or structure will be at the sole discretion of the Company.

4. Early Termination

While early termination of the select program by the Client is not allowed, the Company reserves the right to terminate the Agreement for breaches of this Agreement or misuse of services. In such cases, the Client remains liable for the full fee as stipulated in Section 5.


The Company may also terminate if the Client fails to adhere to the Code of Conduct, the confidentiality clauses, or the platform's terms and conditions. Fifteen (15) days' notice will be provided for any termination initiated by the Company unless immediate action is required due to serious breaches.

5. Fees and Payment Plans

The total fee for the mentoring and/or coaching program depends on the specific package selected by the Client. Pricing structures may vary. Available payment plans include:

    • Full payment upfront for discounted pricing.
    • Monthly or bi-monthly payment plans with additional service charges, if applicable.
    • Custom payment plans based on the selected package, subject to approval by the Company.

The Client agrees that failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension or termination. Regardless of the payment plan chosen, the full fee for the entire program term is non-refundable once payment has been made.

6. Refund Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day on which you receive the services.


To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by sending an email to community@arisefirebird.com. Please include any relevant details in your email. It must come from the email you registered with.


If you cancel your order within the specified period, we will issue a full refund.


After this 14-day cooling-off period, no refunds will be issued, and all payments are final and non-refundable.

7. Scope and Limitation of Services

The Company's mentoring and/or coaching services are designed to offer guidance, support, and strategic advice. However, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the following limitations:

  • The Company is not a licensed mental health provider, medical professional, financial advisor, or legal consultant/professional. These services do not substitute for professional services including, but not limited to: counseling, therapy, financial advice, or legal services.
  • The Services provided are only those explicitly outlined in the selected package. Any additional services may incur additional fees.
  • The Company does not guarantee specific results, including financial success or personal/professional breakthroughs. While the Company will provide guidance and support to the best of its abilities, the Client is solely responsible for implementing the advice and suggestions provided during the program. Success depends on various factors, including the Client's own efforts, and the Company offers no warranties or guarantees regarding the outcomes of its mentoring or coaching services.


8. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property

The Client agrees to maintain confidentiality regarding any materials, resources, methodologies, and intellectual property provided by the Company. The Client shall not share, reproduce, or distribute any proprietary content with third parties without prior written consent.


The Company retains all ownership rights to its materials, platforms, and content, including those hosted on the membership website or shared during the coaching and mentoring sessions.


The license granted to you is strictly for individual use. You are prohibited from using any of the company's intellectual property for commercial purposes, including but not limited to reselling, licensing, or sublicensing the materials, without explicit permission from the company.

Additionally, you are prohibited from holding public viewings, screenings, or performances of any media owned by the company unless explicitly permitted in writing by the company.

9. Participation in Online Platforms

The Client may be granted access to online platforms, including private community groups or the membership site. Participation in these platforms is subject to the platform's own terms and conditions, including those of third-party providers (e.g., Facebook). The Company assumes no responsibility for any actions taken by third-party platforms.

10. Client Responsibilities

The Client is responsible for showing up to scheduled sessions on time and making the most of the Services provided. If the Client cannot attend a scheduled session, they must notify the Company at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule.


1-to-1 sessions can be canceled by the Client 48 hours ahead of time by sending an email to community@arisefirebird.com. Sessions will be rescheduled at the earliest convenience by Vanishing Women Film LTD. All postponed sessions should be completed within 30 days of the end of the program unless agreed in writing by the Company.

11. Non-Transferability

The services provided under this Terms and Conditions are non-transferable. Enrollment is specific to the individual selected and approved by the Company. The Client agrees not to transfer or assign their participation, rights, or access to any other person. Any attempt to transfer or delegate participation to another party.

12. Amendments and Changes to the Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time for future services and goods.

The terms and conditions outlined herein are valid only for this specific engagement and may not be carried over into future engagements.

13. Data Protection and Privacy

The Company is committed to protecting the Client's personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable UK data protection laws. The Client's personal information will only be collected, stored, and processed for the purposes of delivering the services outlined in this Terms and Conditions, fulfilling legal obligations, or with the Client's explicit consent. The Company will not share the Client's data with third parties without prior permission, unless required by law. The Client has the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of personal data at any time by contacting the Company at community@arisefirebird.com. 14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Terms and Conditions is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Should any dispute arise between the Client and the Company, the parties agree to resolve the matter through binding arbitration in London, England, in accordance with English Law. Both parties waive their rights to a court trial.


Before pursuing arbitration, the Client agrees to submit any complaints to the Company in writing, outlining specific grievances to community@arisefirebird.com. The sole remedy through arbitration will be the return of any payments made by the Client. No consequential damages will be awarded.

15. Non-Disparagement

In the event of any dispute or disagreement, the Client agrees not to engage in public or private communications that could damage the Company's reputation.

16. Severability

If any part of these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire understanding and agreement between the Client and the Company regarding the selected package and supersedes all prior agreements, promises, or representations. Any changes must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

18. Age Verification

By agreeing these Terms and Conditions, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
