Hi, I'm Jimi Okubanjo, Founder of the Firebird: Resilience + Confidence + Renewal Program and the producer and director of the documentary Arise Firebird. I spent over 20 years working in leadership and management consulting roles for some of the world's biggest companies, including McKinsey & Co., Royal Dutch Shell, and Amazon. During that time, I led multi-million dollar business transformations and managed international teams of up to 3,500 people.
I've faced my share of toxic workplaces and know exactly what it feels like to be marginalized and overlooked, despite all your hard work and accomplishments. That's why I created Arise Firebird.
